We ask that our customers/members accept all our terms and conditions, which include our cancellation policy. All payments made via credit/debit cards are handled safely by our payment processor and are not stored on our website.

Bookings & Timeslots
Please arrive on time for your booking. If running late, contact us — we’ll hold your table for 10 minutes. After that, we can only reallocate based on availability. Deposits may be carried forward if you cannot be seated.
Damages
Should any damages occur to tables or hire equipment while in your possession, a £100 fee will apply.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your booking to cancel or amend. For group bookings of 15+ people, 10 days’ notice is required. Late cancellations will result in your card being charged. By confirming your booking, you agree that you’ve read and understood this policy.
Membership
To become a member, please present ID (passport or driving licence) and two utility bills. Membership lasts one year. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
Photography & Media Use
From time to time, Jimmy White’s Sports Lounge may capture photographs or video for promotional and social media purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such media. If you do not wish your image to be used, please contact info@jwsl.co.uk.
All media use complies with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
